To Change Power Saving Mode of Wireless Adapters in Power Options

1. Open Settings
2. Click on System
3. Click on Power & Sleep from the left column
4. Click on 'Additional Power Settings' on the right side of the screen, a new screen will open
5. Click 'Change plan settings" (if you have more than one plan, choose the one that is selected)
6. Towards the bottom, click 'Change advanced power settings', a new screen will open
7. Click the + icon next to Wireless Adapter Settings
8. Click the + icon next to Power Saving Mode
9. Change both On battery and Plugged in to Maximum Performance
10. Click OK
11. Close the Plan settings window and the Settings window.
