Install Kyocera Papercut Secure Print for Macs

Installing Print Deploy and PaperCut Client

Make sure you are connected to the FCT-Private wireless network

Open Finder, and click on Go at the top of your screen, then click on Connect to Server.


In the Server Address bar type smb://10.100.1.21


When asked for your credentials, select Registered User and enter your papercut credentials (firstname.lastname and Okta password).  Click on the MacPapercut folder and press OK
                                           

Double click on client-local-install


Click Yes to install


After the app installs enter your papercut credentials (firstname.lastname and Okta password)


After this you will see PaperCut open and show your current balance. 


Now in Chrome, go to https://bit.ly/32FqnTs to download Print Deploy


Once downloaded, click the down arrow and click Open





Click Continue


Click Continue


On the pop up screen, click Agree


Click Install


Enter local username and password


On the pop up screen, click OK


When asked to sign in, do so with your papercut credentials (firstname.lastname and Okta password).


You will then see a screen of installed printers by Print Deploy.


If you wish to install more printers, click on Add printers, and click install to the right of the printer name.
