Reset OKTA/GMAIL Password
FC Tucker support is not able to reset or recover a user’s password. The account holder must go through the reset
process described below.
Open your browser and go to fctucker.okta.com
Click the “Need help signing in?” link
Click “Forgot password?”
Enter your firstname.lastname or full email address in the box and click “reset via SMS”
You will get a code in a text message on you phone, enter
this code into the box on your screen.
You will then be able to make a new password.
