Moving Calendarss from an old Gmail account into your new Gsuite account

Choose if you want to export all of your calendars or just one at a time, then go to that section below

Export events from all calendars in your "My calendars" list
  1. On your computer, open Google Calendar. (You can't export your calendar from the Google Calendar app)
  2. In the top right, click Settings Settings and then Settings.
  3. Click the Calendars tab.
  4. Between the "My Calendars" and "Other Calendars" sections, click Export calendars.

A ZIP file will be downloaded to your computer. If you open the ZIP file, you'll see individual ICS files for each of your calendars.

To import the files back into Google Calendar, take the individual ICS files out of the ZIP file and import them one by one. Learn more about importing files.

Export events from one calendar
  1. On your computer, open Google Calendar. You can't export events from the Google Calendar app. 
  2. On the left side of the page, find the "My calendars" section.
  3. To the right of the calendar you want to export, click the Down arrow Down Arrow and then Calendar settings.
  4. Click Export this calendar.
  5. An ICS file of your events will start downloading.

Log into your new FC Tucker Gsuite account


After you've exported your events, you can import them into Google Calendar.

  1. Open Google Calendar on a computer. Note: You can only import from a computer, not a phone or tablet.
  2. In the top right, click Settings Settings > Settings.
  3. Open the Calendars tab.
  4. Click Import calendar between the "My calendars" and "Other Calendars" sections.
  5. Click Choose File and select the file you exported. The file should end in "ics" or "csv"
  6. Choose which calendar to add the imported events to. By default, events will be imported into your primary calendar.
  7. Click Import.
